Honning er en fødevare, som kan anvendes i mange sammenhænge, for eksempel til fremstilling af mjød,
som er en gæret alkoholisk drik.
På kurset gennemgås den teoretiske baggrund for mjødbrygning.
Undervisningsmaterialet giver desuden inspiration til hvordan det i praksis kan gennemføres.
Danmarks Biavlerforening repræsenterer 6000
